A LITTLE ABOUT ME- My love of real estate started at a very young age. My parents built their dream home when I was 5 years old. I was mesmerized by the process. I believe this led to my love of architecture and all things real estate. I feel strongly that owning real estate, particularly homeownership, is the most prudent and effective way to build wealth and security. Through the years I've had many careers. Teacher, advocate for the elderly, paralegal, real estate investor, business owner, and manager. So when I decided that it was time to get my real estate license, there wasn't much that I hadn't already had some experience with! I love to utilize that experience to benefit others. I believe that is why God gave me those experiences. To share that knowledge with others and develop informed buyers and sellers. I started with Kaser Realty in 2018, and joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Northern Indiana in 2022. I love my job!

BUYER'S AGENT- Having bought dozens of houses for investors, then creating the scope of work to make it a safe, clean, and economical home, I know what to look for to lessen the chances of you having buyer's remorse. I joke that I'm not a business suit realtor. I normally wear jeans. I'm the agent who will get in the crawl space to check the foundation and climb up into the attic to take a look. I don't like surprises at home inspection time! And sometimes that's what it takes to protect you as a buyer.

SELLER'S AGENT- When you're ready to make a change, I'm here to help you get the best price possible for your home and make the process go as smoothly as possible. I'll be honest with you about things that need work or changes that would make the house show better.
I will create a plan to market your property that is tailor-made to that home! Would aerial photos be beneficial? Additional marketing on social media? Whatever the best approach, we will find it and do it!

TIME- Mine time is yours. This is your HOME! It should not be taken lightly or rushed through. Though our current market takes preparation and fast action to be successful, you need to be comfortable with it. I listen to you and will guide you through the steps. We will work together to find the best home, the best lenders, the best inspectors, the best whatever-- for YOU.
